How do I reserve through the official website? How do I reserve through the official website?

On the main page of our website you will find a section called 'Book now', in which by selecting the dates that interest you (from June 13, 2025 onwards), you can access room availability by accommodation, regimes and prices. 

Dates:

You must choose your entry and exit dates.

Number of People:

Indicates the number of Adults, Children and Babies in the reservation. Keep in mind that in Magic a child is considered to be between the ages of 2 and 16 and that the stay of the first child is free. The number of Babies has to do with the provision of cribs that you can request in your reservation by completing the 'Observations' field.

Room type:

If you have selected dates and number of people, you will see the types of cabins available there and you can choose the one that best suits your needs. 

Regime and offers:

You can select the regime or offer you want. Our advice is that you always book on our Ultra All Inclusive regime, in which we are specialists, as it includes many advantages. With it, you will not have to make any extra expenses on your vacation. Some promotional rates or offers for different groups will also appear, whenever available.

Packages and Extras:

With your reservation, you can select a series of extra packages with services such as experiences that will complete your vacation.

Personal data:

Once you click 'Book now', it is important that you review the contact information you provide us, in case we need to contact you before your arrival at the establishment.

Once all the fields have been filled out, you can click on the 'Confirm Reservation' button and you will have your reservation made. A window should appear indicating that your reservation has been made successfully and will give you the option to print your confirmation voucher at that time, or you can wait to receive it in your email and print it then. 

Charges:

To make a reservation, the client must provide a Credit or Debit Card number. For management fees and to guarantee the reservation, 22 to 30 days before arrival, a charge will be made to the card provided with the amount corresponding to 25% of the reservation, deducting this amount from the invoice from the total amount of the stay upon arrival. In the event that said amount cannot be loaded onto the card, the client will have 24 hours to provide a new card number or deposit the deposit into our bank account, which will be provided by e-mail. If no response is received, the reservation will be canceled with the corresponding expenses according to our cancellation conditions. The remainder of the reservation will be charged 72 hours before the check-in date.

In the case of payments via Bizum, 100% will be paid at the time of reservation.

Can I change regime? Can I change regime?

Yes. It is possible to request to change your regime to All Inclusive or Ultra All Inclusive, with a small supplement per person per day (check dates and price in your accommodation or through our reservations department).


Can I cancel or modify my reservation? Can I cancel or modify my reservation?

Modifications:

Reservation modifications may be made to a higher amount than the initial reservation, as long as there is availability. The cost of this management is €20 per reservation if requested through the modification form on the accommodation's official website, or €30 per reservation if the request is made by telephone through the Magic Call Center. In both cases the cost is non-refundable. 

If you have contracted the secure rate: Reservation modifications may be made subject to availability if requested before 4 days of the arrival date. The cost of this management is €10 per reservation, both on the website and by phone (non-refundable).

Cancellations:

-With your reservation, you can contract the Secure Rate for an extra charge of up to 10% of the total of your reservation* (except non-refundable reservations) to cancel for free up to 4 days before your arrival date. (*non-refundable).

It covers any reason for cancellation and does not require any proof. Check the conditions.

-If you have NOT contracted the Secure Rate:

1. Cancellations* 7 to 6 days before arrival, 25% of the reservation amount will be charged. Cancellations 5 to 3 days before arrival, 35%. Cancellations 2 days before arrival, the charge will be 80% of the reservation amount. For cancellations 1 day before arrival, no show or withdrawal during the stay, the charge will be 100%.

2. No cancellation fees will be applied for those reservations canceled a maximum of 24 hours after the initial sending of the reservation, as long as they are more than 21 days prior to entry.

3. For security reasons, the cancellation of a reservation must be made in writing. To do this, the holder of the same must fill out an application here indicating the accommodation and the locator of the reservation that you wish to cancel. The date of receipt of this request will appear as the cancellation date and will be confirmed within 72 hours, validated by its locator. Cancellations will not be made by phone. Requests received by any means other than the cancellation form will not be processed.

4. No-show and withdrawal during the stay, you must pay 100% of the stay, except Formula 24.

5. Reservation modifications may be made as long as there is availability with a cost of €20 (non-refundable) per room and must always be requested in writing to reserva@hoteles-costablanca.com

-If you have booked your reservation with a non-refundable rate:

You must pay 100% of your reservation in any case.

The delivery time for rooms at Villa España Hotel will be from 4:00 p.m. However, you will be able to enjoy our facilities from your arrival. You can also leave your luggage at the hotel reception until you check into the room. During this time we will be preparing your room in detail and we will make the effort to have it ready before the scheduled time*.

The departure time is until 12:00 p.m., although you can hire our late checkout service to leave at 6:00 p.m. for a price of 25 euros per person, subject to availability.  You can enjoy the services of bars and restaurants (if your reservation includes it) from 12:00 (the first service included is lunch) and until 12 noon (the last service is breakfast). 

*The delivery and departure schedule of rooms is subject to decree 19/97 of February 11 of the law regulating tourist accommodation of the Valencian Community, in its Article 7.

At Magic we like our clients to have the best service and the best facilities for their stay. That is why we offer you a shuttle service that leaves you at the door of the hotel. Additionally, for stays of 5 nights or more this service is FREE (only available during the reservation process on our website).

KNOW THE POSSIBILITIES:
- ECONOMIC: The shuttle provides the service from the airport to the door of your establishment.

- AVE: For customers arriving by AVE, the shuttle service is also free! The shuttle runs the service from the train station to the door of your accommodation.

At Magic, we work every season to incorporate new gastronomic options such as gluten-free, sugar-free or vegetarian foods into our menus and buffets. In our accommodations we have restaurants/buffets where you can choose the food you most want. However, if you have any type of allergy or special request, you just have to tell the maitre d', who will be at the entrance of the restaurant, and he will be in charge of telling you what foods you can eat. However, our kitchen service can also cook something adapted with 24 hours' notice.

We know how important your pet is to you, that's why we are Pet Friendly. We accept pets (up to 8 kg in weight) for a small daily fee.
