No charge rate
With the Safe Rate, you can cancel your booking free of charge up to 4 days before your arrival date.
The full amount of your booking will be refunded, except for the amount corresponding to the Safe Rate extra, which may be up to 10% depending on the stay period.
This guarantee does not cover cancellation costs within 4 days of the arrival date.
For cancellations made 3 days before arrival, 35% of the booking will be charged. For cancellations made 2 days before arrival, 80% will be charged. For cancellations made 1 day before arrival, no-shows or early departure during the stay, 100% of the booking will be charged.
