The Secure Rate covers any reason for cancellation, including situations such as epidemics, and does not require proof of cancellation. You can cancel your booking up to 4 days before the arrival date, paying a small supplement of up to 10% of the total amount, depending on the season:
- November to March: 10% supplement
- From April to October: 5% supplement
These additional amounts are non-refundable.

How can you book this rate?
After selecting the check-in and check-out date, room and occupancy, choose the ‘SAFE RATE!’ tab, your preferred board and finally, press ADD.
*This guarantee does not cover charges for no-shows, changes or early departures. You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 4 days before the arrival date. The full amount of your booking will be refunded (except the amount corresponding to the extra Safe Rate). This guarantee does not cover expenses less than 4 days before the arrival date. Cancellations 3 days prior to arrival, 35% of the reservation will be charged. 2 days prior to arrival, 80%. 1 day. no show or cancellation during the stay 100%. In the case of modifying the number of nights of your reservation, the amount of the secure rate corresponding to the reservation made with the greater number of nights will prevail.
